  5. Pay Attention to Portions: Eating too much food can contribute to inflammation in the body. Focus on eating moderate portion sizes of nutrient-dense foods to promote optimal health.
The link between inflammation and diet is clear. Switching to an anti-inflammatory diet consisting of nutrient-dense whole foods, healthy fats, and beneficial spices and herbs is a positive dietary change that can potentially reduce the risk of chronic health issues in the long term.
