When life feels like it’s pulling you in a hundred directions, staying focused can be a challenge—especially for busy moms juggling work, homeschooling, and home life. Instead of reaching for another cup of coffee, you can turn to nature’s powerhouses: essential oils.
This Focus Blend combines peppermint and rosemary for mental clarity, lavender for balance, and deep grounding oils like frankincense, cedarwood, and vetiver to keep your mind steady for hours. Whether you need it for work, study time, or a mid-afternoon reset, this blend works beautifully in a diffuser or roll-on.

🌿 Why These Oils?

Peppermint (Top Note)

Fresh, minty, and energizing, peppermint is famous for its ability to wake up the mind and sharpen alertness.

Rosemary (Middle Note)

Known as the “herb of remembrance,” rosemary supports memory, focus, and concentration. It’s a classic pairing with peppermint for study and work.

Lavender (Middle Note)

Balances the stimulating effects of peppermint and rosemary so your mind feels calm but not sluggish.

Frankincense (Base-to-Middle Note)

Grounding and centering, frankincense also helps deepen breathing, which improves mental clarity.

Cedarwood (Base Note)

Provides a warm, woody foundation that keeps the blend from feeling too sharp or fleeting.

Vetiver (Base Note)

Earthy and grounding, vetiver is a natural fixative that helps the scent last and keeps you anchored and focused.

🧪 The Roll-On Focus Blend

This version is perfect for on-the-go clarity—apply to wrists, temples, or behind the neck.
For a 10 mL roller bottle (2–3% dilution):
Directions:
  1. Add essential oils to a glass roller bottle.
  2. Fill with carrier oil, cap, and swirl gently.
  3. Let sit 24 hours before first use for best aroma blending.

🌬 The Diffuser Focus Blend

Perfect for home, office, or homeschool spaces to create an atmosphere of calm productivity.
For a 200 mL water diffuser:
  • 2 drops Peppermint
  • 3 drops Rosemary
  • 3 drops Lavender
  • 2 drops Frankincense
  • 2 drops Cedarwood
  • 1 drop Vetiver (optional - it is very thick and can gum up a diffuser)
Directions:
  1. Fill diffuser to water line.
  2. Add essential oils.
  3. Diffuse for 30–60 minutes during focused work or study sessions.
