This book club is designed for moms who are looking for a way to raise the level of health in their homes for themselves and their families.  We will read a variety of books that will help achieve this goal.  

These will be recorded so busy moms can participate even when life is crazy!

Book:  Disease Proof Your Child (for moms)

Each week we will:
Read and discuss one chapter.
Discuss how to support children nutritionally.
Try one or more new recipes (included in the book).
Report wins and family response.
Get support from our community.
(Zoom link and reminders will be sent via email).


There are so many diets and opinions about what foods are "good/bad."  It is confusing!  We will dive deep into well researched and science backed foods that help reduce asthma, ear infections, and allergies, and protect against diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.  

As moms, we want our kids to be healthy!  But there is so much junk, and the kids only seem to want the junk!  This will give you the knowledge, strategies, and recipes to help your kids learn so they can form good habits while they are young.  


I look forward to building a relationship with you!  The connections we make in book club often lead to lifetime friendships.  I love that the time we invest in learning about nutrition will bless our families long term!
