There are so many diets and opinions about what foods are "good/bad." It is confusing! We will dive deep into well researched and science backed foods that help reduce asthma, ear infections, and allergies, and protect against diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.
As moms, we want our kids to be healthy! But there is so much junk, and the kids only seem to want the junk! This will give you the knowledge, strategies, and recipes to help your kids learn so they can form good habits while they are young.
