50 minute coaching session
You will be emailed required intake forms, including a 5 day food journal. Please complete these before your first 50 minute coaching session. This will provide me with a better understanding of your health history, current diet, and health goals. I will use the information gathered from these forms to assess where you are currently.
During your first coaching session, we will go over your intake forms together. We will set solid goals and work on your top priorities. After this session, I will produce personalized health, food, herbal, supplemental, and lifestyle recommendations.
Additional sessions will continue your progress through deep dives into different areas based on need. You will be empowered with tools to help you reach your goals. The frequency of additional sessions is up to your specific needs and will be determined on an individual basis.
