My Favorite DIY ingredients for Bath & Body!

I always have fun making bath & body products!

I love knowing every ingredient and being able to choose for myself what scents to use.

These are some of the products I buy that help make my favorite recipes.
I keep these on hand, and whenever I get low, I can easily whip up a new batch of whichever recipe I need.
As you can see, I am a bulk buyer - I use many of these products for multiple recipes in my home.
I like to save $$ AND have them available at all times!

I would love to hear how you love these products, too.
I am always learning, so let me know if you have a product you love, too - I will check it out!

Baking Soda - Aluminum Free

Baking Soda is my go-to for bath bombs,  I get it by the gallon!
This is way more cost effective than buying it in the small aluminum free containers.

Castille Soap

Castille soap is another staple in my house!  I get the unscented - that way I can add in
my own high quality essential oils and create many different scents.

Citric Acid

This is what makes bath bombs super fizzy!
I also love that the Earthborn Elements buckets all stack neatly.

Fractionated Coconut Oil

I use coconut oil in a lot of recipes for bath and body products.
I love that this one comes with a pump top - it makes is easy to use.

Organic Beeswax

The kind of beeswax you use matters!
And for me, sitting there grating a bar for-e-ver was just not going to fly!
Yes, I did that once.  These are great!  Organic AND easy!
Just what a busy mom needs!

Organic Grapeseed Oil

This is great in recipes and so moisturizing for the skin!
This is a great source of vitamin E!

Organic Almond Oil

This is great in a ton of recipes!
It is so moisturizing for the skin and will not clog pores!

Organic Refined Shea Butter

I use Shea Butter in several recipes
and it helps lotions spread so smooth!

Organic Aloe Vera Gel
This is a specific kind for a reason.
Many aloes have a lot of other junk in them - this one doesn't.
It is great to find companies that just give what we ask for!

Witch Hazel

Witch Hazel has so many uses!  I keep this on hand for many DIYs.

I have done a lot of research about essential oils since 2002.  I have tried many different brands, side by side comparisons.
The brand I recommend as the most potent, pure, and effective for all applications is Young Living Essential oils.
Roller Bottles

I use roller bottles for so many things!  I like having both brown and colored rollers for different applications - it helps me tell my recipes apart at a glance.  I like how Esarora adds useful tools as well.

Pretty Roller Bottles - 10 mL - Esarora - 24 pk

Glass Spray Bottles

I use these glass spray bottles for many different recipes.
The set is a great place to start.  Many times I buy for a class
I am teaching, or for gift giving, so I like the single size packs, too.

For those who like to have their own spa days,
or have a spouse that is willing to rub oils all over,
here is my favorite massage table!!
I love all the features it comes with!
